Hi I’m Shawna! When I started my family, I knew I needed to find a different way to work. My heart had opened, and my priorities had instantly changed.

I come from the corporate sales world, and I had started a small real-estate appraisal company. I no longer wanted to travel for corporate work, and it was harder than I thought it would be to measure a home with my baby in a sling.

I went looking for an online career, and found this online business. Our business will give you the flexibility to work where you choose. It will also give you the flexibility to choose your own work hours. This has made it possible for me to be available for my family, whether it’s home-schooling or public school events. I’ve also been available for the challenging times.

A perk, that I didn’t see coming, was the beautiful community of diverse people. Today I work with people from all over the world, all walks of life, who are looking for more family~time.

I've been there for it all. Sometimes it's been very hard...and I've been there.

I've been there for every first day of school. Sometimes we've homeschooled, sometimes we've done public school.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: My priorities had changed. I went from this motivated, ambitious career woman, to a mother. I still had ambitions and was motivated to succeed, but now it had to be around my family. This would require more time and flexibility than Corporate America would allow.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WAS THE PATH THAT LED ME HERE: I have been an avid reader of personal development books since 1998. I remember thinking to myself "It would be so cool if I could get paid to study personal development!" Fast-forward to 2008, I found an online business. We offer practical personal development education and a very generous compensation package.
